1.3 - Lots more fixes

Hi again! The 1.3 release has lots of fixes and is hopefully "done" so I can concentrate more on the other modes. 😊

Also includes the fixes from 1.2.0 which didn't quite make it here to itch.io because I kept finding bad bugs!

• Fixed bug with Wizopedia 
• Various optimisations (particularly relevent to low spec machines)
• Main menu pointer fixes  
• Loud eyeball fixes   
• Sid & Ellie graphic fixes   
• Bat collision fixes

1.2    

• Fixed bug where you can move before match starts 
• Added spawn doors 
• Fixed occasional graphical glitch on main menu  
• Eyeball modifications
