1.0.4 - Bug fix release (oops)

Thanks for all the useful feedback.. A good few bugs have been squished and a couple of changes have been made to how things work.

• More menu controls are now Player 1 exclusive.
• Fixed a lockup if you quit the game in a particular way.
• Made Player 1 mandatory
• Fixed bug where sometimes 2 players were invisible! 
• Optimised the Menu Screen (ongoing)
• Improved multitap icon
• Added ability to cycle characters by clicking beside the portraits

Particularly the main menu optimisation is a work in progress and will only improve over the next couple of point updates.
